New Lawyer at ECA

ECA has experienced many changes in 2012.  Most recently, we are pleased to announce that Leanna Krause has joined the firm.  Newly called to the bar, she has a lot to offer our clients.  She has a keen interest in immigration law and policies.  We will be posting her full bio soon on our Lawyers page.

Christopher Elgin has been a member of the British Columbia bar since January of 1988. He worked for the Immigration and Refugee Board as a legal advisor to the Board members for over three years and in 1993 he opened his own immigration law practice.
